Cool Slaw is a vegan alternative to coleslaw. Traditional coleslaw has diluted mayonnaise or
buttermilk, and in this version that milky base is replaced with a blend of cashews, water and other ingredients. This is a good side dish for spicy foods.
Ingredients: cabbage, carrots, cashews, water, apple cider vinegar, white onion, dijon mustard, agave nectar, salt, pepper.
