This is a tasty refried beans recipe that is very low fat. The tomato sauce and onions
help to give it a creamy texture. I don't even notice that there is only one teaspoon of olive oil in the whole batch.
Ingredients: pinto beans, onion, tomato sauce, garlic, coriander, cumin and olive oil.
