This is a great vegan dessert topping. You can put it on cake or pie, but my favorite is berries. It is
silky-creamy and mildy sweet, but not so much that it overwhelms the berries.
Ingredients: silken tofu, maple syrup, canola oil, vanilla extract and nutmeg.
