Caldo Verde with Crumbled Tempeh

Caldo Verde is a traditional dish from Portugal, made with potatoes, greens and pork. This vegan
versions uses tempeh as a replacement.

Ingredients: onion, garlic, fennel seeds, thyme, red pepper flakes, chard, yukon gold potatoes, tempeh, tamari, lemon juice, pepper.
