Baked Mahogany Tempeh

These recipes are from the cookbook Vegan Fire and Spice by Robin Robertson.

Recipe: see page 190 of Vegan Fire and Spice 
Sweet and spicy with a little bit of citrus.

Ingredients: tempeh, soy sauce, agave nectar, mirin, garlic, orange zest, ginger, cayenne and coriander.
