I love it when the bok choy is ready for harvest from my garden because I can make this. It's fast
and very filling.
Ingredients: red onion, bok choy, ginger, soy sauce, garlic, red pepper flakes, soba noodles and peanut oil.
The instructions suggest adding beans or tofu. My favorites are chickpeas or red beans.
