This is Mac and Peas, which is a variation of the Mac Daddy recipe, which is a vegan version of macaroni and cheese.
Ingredients: elbow macaroni, tofu, olive oil, lemon juice, vegetable broth, flour, garlic, thyme, turmeric, nutritional yeast, frozen peas and prepared yellow mustard.
