Herb-Roasted Cauliflower and Bread Crumbs

This recipe is from the vegan cookbook Appetite for Reduction by Isa Chandra Moskowitz.

Recipe: see page 198 of Appetite for Reduction.
I think this is my new favorite way to eat cauliflower. It consists of a floret that is rolled around in
bread crumbs and herbs and then baked. It works as a side dish or a snack. For me, cauliflower is a little tasteless, so the coating gives this lots of flavor.

Ingredients: cauliflower, bread crumbs, thyme, oregano, basil, salt, black pepper.

Note: There may be an error in the book since the instructions call for adding oil to the crumb mixture, but the quantity isn't specified on the ingredient list. I used 1 teaspoon, and that worked fine.
