Moroccan Spiced Carrots

This recipe is from the cookbook Vegan Fire and Spice by Robin Robertson.

Very nutritious, but the taste was odd. I think it might have been the coriander.

Ingredients: carrots, olive oil, garlic, coriander, cumin, cayenne, cinnamon, lemon juice, sugar, parsley.
