Chipotle Corn

This recipe is from the cookbook Vegan Fire and Spice by Robin Robertson.

Tastes good and is quick to prepare. The corn is mildly sweet and the chipotle gives it a spicy, smoky flavor. Definitely better than eating plain corn.


Ingredients: frozen corn kernels, canned chipotle chili, cilantro, salt and pepper.
