Black Bean and Corn Salad

This recipe is from the cookbook Vegan Fire and Spice by Robin Robertson.

This tastes good and is very healthy. The spiciness depends on the type of tomato salsa you use,
so you can make this salad hot or mild, depending on your preference. It especially tastes good after it has been in the refrigerator overnight and the flavors have had a chance to meld.

Ingredients: black beans, frozen corn kernels, spicy tomato salsa, cilantro, lime juice.
