I'm still kind of new to curry, so I'm not really sure what to expect. This seemed a
little bitter to me, and the little chunks of minced garlic and ginger didn't help much. I know there are different types of curry powder, so that might be the issue here. I will try a different brand if I make this again in the future.
Ingredients: extra firm tofu, vegetable broth, rice vinegar, soy sauce, minced garlic, minced fresh ginger.
