Russian Tea Balls

Quick to prepare and tastes good. Not overly sweet. A good companion for tea or coffee. I didn't
think these were going to come out properly. The dough was very crumbly and I had to compress them tightly in order for the them to hold together, but it worked out well.

Ingredients: vegetable shortening, icing sugar, vanilla extract, all-purpose flour, chopped pecans.
