This is a recipe for baked yam fries. I like this side dish because the baking of the fries requires
only a little bit of olive oil, whereas most conventional recipes are heavy on the fat because they are deep fried and the oil soaks into the yam. There is a bit of added sweetness from a little sugar that coats the yams, and some spiciness from the smoked paprika.
Ingredients: yams, olive oil, sugar, salt, pepper, smoked paprika.
