Chickpeas and Sweet Potatoes

This is a middle eastern dish that is really outstanding. It is fragrant, spicy, mildly sweet and quick
to prepare. It's served on a bed of couscous (Trader Joe's Whole Wheat Couscous) with broccoli, which was recommended in the book, and I think these really complement the dish. I've made a few sweet potato dishes from Robin Robertson's books and have yet to be disappointed.

Ingredients: sweet potatoes, diced tomatoes, chickpeas, onion, turmeric, ground cumin, cinnamon, cayenne, water, salt, black pepper.
