This recipe took a few tries before I finally got it right. I ended up doing a search on YouTube to
figure out what I was doing wrong (too much filling). Doing the 'inside out roll', where the rice is on the outside, was especially difficult. The rice sticks to everything. But it's a tasty recipe once it all comes together.
Ingredients: sushi rice, rice vinegar, sugar, tempeh, vegan mayonnaise, hot chili sesame oil, nori seaweed, scallions, avocado, black sesame seeds.
