I like the texture, and it certainly looks like Parmesan cheese, but it tasted like lemon flavored
crumbs. I think it might be better with a little bit of nutritional yeast to give it a cheesy flavor. And it is very healthy too. Sesame seeds are a good source of calcium.
Ingredients: toasted sesame seeds, sliced almonds, lemon zest, salt.
