I love tempeh, and this is one of the first recipes I bookmarked in Quick-Fix Vegan. The sauce is
very sweet from the pineapple and hoisin, spicy from the Sriracha sauce, and the big chunks of of tempeh are nutty and chewy.
Ingredients: tempeh, crushed tomatoes, diced pineapple, green bell pepper, garlic, scallions, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, pineapple juice, light brown sugar, Sriracha sauce, vegetable oil, salt.
