I've never made turnovers before and didn't realize the process was so fast and easy. It is just some
fruit filling baked inside a pre-made puff pastry sheet (Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Sheets used here). I really like the combination of the pear, walnuts, cinnamon and golden raisins. This tasted good!
Ingredients: pear, toasted walnuts, golden raisins, light brown sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, ground cloves, vegan puff pastry, confectioners' sugar.
